The 8-slice cheesecake is 6 inches across. The 16-slice cheesecake is 9 inches across.

How do you keep the cheesecakes cold?      <- Back to Cheesecakes
Our custom designed inner-shipping container completely surrounds the cheesecake with 2 inches of Styrofoam insulation. A frozen gel pak is often placed inside the packaging underneath each cheesecake to keep it cold. The outer shipping container is a corrugated box for added strength and protection.

Can you deliver cheesecakes in the summer?      <- Back to Cheesecakes
Yes, we ship out many cheesecakes daily during the summer months. Our cheesecakes are blast frozen, then shrink wrapped with a heavy
cryovac plastic. Then they go into a foam container that surrounds the
cheesecake in 2 inches of insulation. This then goes into a heavy corrogated container. Some of our cheesecakes also include cold gel packs.
We ship all of our cakes via FedEx. The cheesecake will arrive either partially frozen, or cold and ready to enjoy. During the summer months, we recommend that you ask the recipient to place the cheesecake in a refrigerator as soon as possible. All our cheesecakes are delivered "signature release" which means that FedEx will leave it on the door step in case no one is home. We may not be able to ship to Arizona and New Mexico during the summer months.

We do not personalize the cheesecake itself, due to the cake being individually sliced. The personalization is created when you place your order and write your personal keepsake greeting. Long after the cheesecake has been enjoyed, the personalized greeting card may be saved.

Can I have my cheesecake delivered tomorrow?      <- Back to Cheesecakes
Yes, but you have to pay close attention to the time. We have to receive your order BEFORE 10:00am (Pacific Standard Time) the day BEFORE you want your cheesecake to be delivered. For delivery tomorrow, PLEASE check your watch before placing your order! Make sure we receive your order BEFORE 10:00am in the Pacific Time Zone.

Unfortunately no. Our perishable product does not like to linger in customs sheds.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?      <- Back to Cheesecakes
Yes, we ship all of our cheesecakes via Federal Express. FedEx charges a $15.00 surcharge for Alaska/Hawaii deliveries and must be shipped either Standard Overnight or Priority (non metro areas must be shipped priority). Overnight/Priority shipments to Alaska/Hawaii will be delivered in approximately 2 days.

We are selling the convenience, and yes there is a price for that. The advantages are that you can shop at home; you don’t have to drive to your local supermarket or bakery, park, find what you need and drive home again. You also don’t have to figure out how to ship it so it arrives at its destination cold, and in one piece! Once you factor in the cost of your time and gas, we believe that we are competitively priced.

Unfortunately, due to the delay in the military shipping process, our perishable product cannot be on the road for longer than 2 days.

How will my cheesecake be packaged?      <- Back to Cheesecakes
Our shipping containers are state-of-the-art! Fully encased styrofoam with foil coating inside and out. This keeps the cold in and the heat out! All cheesecakes are shipped fully frozen. Our packaging will actually keep our product cold for over 3 days, although we never go longer than 2nd day!
